libldap should be recompiled with new versions of libcrypto and libssl.
libcrypto.so.0.9.8: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
libssl.so.0.9.8: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

libldap links against opnessl 1.0. Do you use any third party packages? Which command excactly produces the above error? Make sure to use an up to date mirror and run pacman -Syu.

my bad, problem was caused by previous version of python ldap in my virtualenv, bug can be cloused i think, sorry
