I propose that xf86-input-evdev is included in the xorg group (pacman -Sg xorg)

xf86-input-evdev is needed to allow keyboards and mice to work with an xorg configuration that uses hotplugging such as 1.7 (hal) and 1.8 (udev)
Without this driver a user who installs X without xf86-input-evdev would have to way to kill x when testing with X -config /path/to/xorg.conf

An user can very easily forget about this package.

xf86-input-evdev is required by xorg-server, so it's installed automatically when you choose to install xorg-server from xorg group. It will be redundant to have it listed in xorg group.
