Description:
Rebuild progress is currently quite a mysterious thing to our users. It would be good if they could see the TODO list (in read-only form...) to monitor progress and decide when to update.

Yes. I just made it a lot more useful as well and the changes will be deployed soon, so I'm going to close this out.
