Details
Under the new 195.x series of the nVidia drivers,
performance in some openGL applications has dropped
significantly. Specifically, in Second Life, I am getting
15fps or less on a GeForce 9800 GT with factory
overclocking, and it previously had been getting at least 50
to 60 fps when running Second Life maximized on a monitor
with a resolution of 1680x1050. For now, I'm reverting to
the 190.x series drivers.

No problem here at all with GTS250 and the latest nvidia drivers.
Haven't tried that game, but I tried Heroes of newerth, google
earth, COD4 through wine and world of padman.
