Description:
With recent kernels some disks don't correctly spin down anymore. The disk spins down for a small moment but immediately spins up again.

Additional info:
* package version: sg3_utils 1.28-1 x86_64
* no special config, nothing special in logs, but listening to the disk and watching power consumption it's obvious the disk immediately spins up again.
* related redhat bug: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=553039
* patch https://bugzilla.redhat.com/attachment.cgi?id=389195&action=diff tested & working
* the patch does work with 1.28 as well
* I can't seem to find the upstream sg3-utils bugtracker, otherwise I would report the bug there, sorry.

Steps to reproduce:
sg_start --stop /dev/sd*

it doesn't happen with all disks, but where it happens it happens always.

sorry, this was a problem with a friends computer, so it took some time to test this again.

But yes, it seems fixed with the new package :-)
