Details
Since the recent switch to xz, I believe that when someone
creates a src archive, they will be unable to upload it
since you can not upload xz files to the aur currently.

Reason for closing: Won't implement
Additional comments about closing: There's no PEAR module with XZ support, also I think we're gonna stick to a single file format unless there's any problem with the status quo. KISS.
