Do we use this for any mirror related stuff or should this be kept a low traffic announcement list?

I assumed Roman wanted it just for announcements, but I also assumed the mirror admins could use it to discuss things.

I don't think it's useful for "I had an idea" type emails, but emails like "cannot sync since 1/2/3456" should be fine, I imagine.
