i dont know where else to post this.
i usually get around 100K/s from this mirror.
recently (about a week or so...) i can only get 2-3K/s and a lots of connection refused.

btw. i'm in Indonesia.

We have no control of the mirrors or their infrastructure. Your trace is not complete but it looks like that the problem occurs neither at your nor at kernel.org end but in the route between.
