Since we've moved to 2-tier mirroring scheme, syncing from archlinux.org is disabled.
Please sync from one of these tier1 mirrors:
rsync://ftp5.gwdg.de/pub/linux/archlinux/
rsync://mirrors.uk2.net/archlinux/
(let us know which one you choose)
with the following rsync options:
-rtlvH --delete-after --delay-updates --safe-links --max-delete=1000

I just went to browse the filelist via HTTP and all directories are empty. Is the mirror alive?

mirror has created directory structure. Are not there any uploaded files. Dead!
