Description:
when doing a netinstall, during the install of packages, new packages with .xz fail to unpack

the solution is to switch to a vt and update pacman which will instal xz-utils before starting the package installation.

Dito. This only affects the netinstall of the 2009.02 or earlier isos. (which is really not recommend to install a new Arch system) We will probably post a news item about this.
