Hi,

The current jasper version in extra (1.900.1-4) has a bug not yet fixed upstream.
Debian also had this bug: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=469786
And they patched it with this extremely easy patch: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?msg=5;filename=jpc_dec.c.patch;att=1;bug=469786

In my case this bug occurred when i was extracting .icns files that contained jpeg2000 images.

I patched my local jasper lib and can confirm that it works.

I hope you guys can patch jasper in archlinux.

Regards,
Mark
