The current jasper version in extra (1.900.1-4) has a bug not yet fixed upstream. Debian also had this bug: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=469786 And they patched it with this extremely easy patch: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?msg=5;filename=jpc_dec.c.patch;att=1;bug=469786 In my case this bug occurred when i was extracting .icns files that contained jpeg2000 images. I patched my local jasper lib and can confirm that it works. I hope you guys can patch jasper in archlinux. Regards, Mark |
