Description:
/etc/ld.so.conf.d/qgis.conf should contain "/usr/lib/qgis" instead of "/opt/qgis/lib"

Or should /etc/ld.so/conf.d/qgis.conf be removed? There are lots of directories in /usr/lib/* that contain .so's that don't need to be listed with the other shared libraries.

it should be removed. i didn't look when i did the rebuild to see that now is installing in /usr

On a similar vein:
[fakeroot] creates a "/usr/lib/libfakeroot" entry -> probably necessary
[fakechroot] creates a "/usr/lib/libfakechroot" entry -> which doesn't exist. Instead it should probably use "/usr/lib/libfakeroot/fakechroot"
