DetailsPlease enable pulse audio support for mplayer on extra. It is an optional choice and not affect others to enjoy alsa, oss, etc.
note: I am using pulseaudio and if I use mplayer with native alsa output it may very often causes freeze. |

Reason for closing: Won't implement
Additional comments about closing: pulseaudio is in community and no maintainer is interested in putting pulseaudio into [extra]. when pulse land in extra, reopen this feature request.
