Description:

In aufs2-util the last lines in the PKGBUILD are:

ln -sf libau.so.2.2 $pkgdir/usr/lib/libau.so.2
ln -sf libau.so.2.2 $pkgdir/usr/lib/libau.so

This should be replaces through:

ln -sf libau/libau.so.2.2 $pkgdir/usr/lib/libau.so.2 || return 1
ln -sf libau/libau.so.2.2 $pkgdir/usr/lib/libau.so || return 1

because the file libau.so.2.2 does not exist. There is no error thrown, because there is no return 1.

Packge Version:

mmm, symlinks looks good to me aufs2-util-20100116-2:

lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 12 Jan 19 19:58 /usr/lib/libau.so -> libau.so.2.2
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 12 Jan 19 19:58 /usr/lib/libau.so.2 -> libau.so.2.2
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 11876 Jan 19 19:58 /usr/lib/libau.so.2.2

also there is no directory libau inside $pkgdir
# ls -l pkg/usr/lib/
total 12
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 12 Feb 15 21:56 libau.so -> libau.so.2.2
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 12 Feb 15 21:56 libau.so.2 -> libau.so.2.2
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 11896 Feb 15 21:56 libau.so.2.2

ln -sf with || return 1 makes no sense, as the force flag won't fail in any way if the source file doesn't exist.
