PyQt 4.7.0-2 is lacking some modules. Specifically, there is no opengl support.

It also lacks phonon

phonon must be installed on the machine that builds the package. This is auto-detected at build time.

Also, phonon should then be a new depends or at least an optdepends+makedepends

you need this patch so that it finds correctly phonon
