Please compile libdrm with this flag. I don't see what's the problem with it.

Additional comments about closing:  The API is experimental. Upstream does not recommend us shipping it that way.

I guess it won't be built with that flag until mesa 7.8 is out. There was a discussion in mailing list months ago, and (after asking to ati dev Dave Airlie) they decided not to ship kms support for ati now.
