Description:

SpamAssassin fails to start without installer gnupg.

Additional info:
* package version: spamassassin 3.3.0-1


Steps to reproduce:

pacman -R gnupg
pacman -Sy spamassassin
sudo /etc/rc.d/spamd start
:: Starting spamd [BUSY] child process [31386] exited or timed out without signaling production of a PID file: exit 255 at /usr/bin/perlbin/vendor/spamd line 2536.
[FAIL]
sudo spamd
Feb 9 19:09:58.692 [31387] error: config: no rules were found! Do you need to run 'sa-update'?
config: no rules were found! Do you need to run 'sa-update'?

sudo sa-update
error: gpg required but not found!


Once installing gnupg (pacman -Sy gnupg) sa-update now worked and /etc/rc.d/spamd now starts successfully.
