When a package has a optdepends with a description, for ex. like pulseaudio:
http://repos.archlinux.org/wsvn/community/pulseaudio/repos/community-i686/PKGBUILD

optdepends=('alsa-plugins: ALSA support'
'avahi: network support'
'bluez: bluetooth support'
'gconf'
'glib'
'jack-audio-connection-kit: jack support'
'lirc-utils: infra-red support'
'tcp_wrappers: network support')

namcap still complains about "Dependency detected and not included"
