Description:

libgcc_s_dw2-1.dll is often needed by many binaries that need to throw exceptions across modules (notably Qt requires it). It would be nice to include it just as is done for mingwm10.dll, as both are needed for runtime.

Can not find how to build it. Grepping for 'libgcc_s_dw2' in mingw-gcc-4.5.0 sources gives no result.

I think this should be closed as invalid.
Sergej couldn't find the mentioned file, and there hasn't been a response in over 2 months.
