Description:

stfl builds no additional language bindings (python,ruby,perl) without swig. That behaviour isnt mentioned anywhere.

proposal is to change the current patch with the attached patch and make swig a makedepend.

alternatively drop a few lines in the PKGBUILD explaining the behaviour.

Additional info:
* package version: 0.21

Steps to reproduce:

1. enable perl,python,ruby in the patch but not swig.
2. makepkg
3. ???
4. FAIL!
