Please sync from one of these tier1 mirrors:
rsync://mirror.rit.edu/archlinux/
rsync://rsync.gtlib.gatech.edu/archlinux/
(let us know which one you choose)
with the following rsync options:
-rtlvH --delete-after --delay-updates --safe-links --max-delete=1000
Also please join arch-mirrors mailing list:
http://mailman.archlinux.org/mailman/listinfo/arch-mirrors
and if you provide rsync - what is the URL that other people can use to sync from you.
tested,server is synchronized. Everything OK
