Description:
The ftp.estpak.ee mirror is littered with lots of empty directories with names like 'pkgname-pkgver-x86_64.pkg.tar.gz' (including the quotes!)

Look here: http://ftp.estpak.ee/pub/archlinux/

PS: there seems to be no "mirrors" category in the bug tracker?

I have sent them an email long time ago (when doing a mirror survey), but they have not responded.
I will send another email, but in the meantime the mirror will be disabled in our db,
unless they respond and fix the issue, the next pacman-mirrorlist won't have the mirror listed.
