DetailsDescription: As I upgraded both parted and gparted, I cannot get my usb key (4GiB) and my MP3 player (2 GiB) to be mounted.
I have to downgrade to both parted and gparted previous version to get it work back. Working versions : parted-1.9.0-3 and gparted-0.5.1 Busted versions : parted 2.1.1 and gparted 0.5.2 Additional info: When I try to mount a USB volume of less than 4 GiB - my USB HDD of 320 GiB works - I got this in errors.log : Feb 3 07:17:47 fredo-arch kernel: sd 6:0:0:0: [sdb] Assuming drive cache: write through Feb 3 07:17:47 fredo-arch kernel: sd 6:0:0:0: [sdb] Assuming drive cache: write through Feb 3 07:17:48 fredo-arch kernel: sd 6:0:0:0: [sdb] Assuming drive cache: write through Feb 3 07:19:00 fredo-arch kernel: sd 7:0:0:0: [sdd] Assuming drive cache: write through Feb 3 07:19:00 fredo-arch kernel: sd 7:0:0:0: [sdd] Assuming drive cache: write through No media detected by Gnome Disk Utility with parted 2.1.1 !
