Description:
I get following error on trying to install haskell-parsec:

(1/1) upgrading haskell-parsec [---------------------------------------------------] 100%
parsec-3.0.1: dependency "mtl-1.1.0.2-2Reading package info from stdin ... done.
3ca4de7c573fd4df309067199a40634" doesn't exist (use --force to override)
error: command failed to execute correctly

Is it possible that haskell-mtl should be a dependency of haskell-parsec?

Additional info:
* package version(s)
haskell-parsec 3.0.1-2.1

Steps to reproduce:
Install haskell-parsec on a system without haskell-mtl istalled.
