Details
Description: Missing group write permissions prevent saving
user config and profiles from the gui
Additional info: * package version(s) - only looked at i686 1.2.18-3 * config and/or log files etc. PKGBUILD only gives 'network' group write permissions to two files in hsoconf directory: * chmod 664 ${pkgdir}/usr/share/hsoconnect/hsoconf/{hsoconnect.log,transferlog} Upstream Makefile gives group write permissions to entire hsoconf directory and subdirectories * chmod -R g+rw $(CDESTDIR) Steps to reproduce: In the gui as user in the 'network' group attempt to Configure Preferences or to edit a Profile with login info. None of this will be saved. Drop to CLI as root and make the changes and they are saved. |
