Description:
The speech data is missing.
I don't know whether this is intentional, the license seems to be CC-BY-NC.
The speech data can be found on this page: http://sc2.sourceforge.net/downloads.php

Imho the speech is an important part of this game and should be included. There's an AUR package that includes it: http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=8153
The user should at least be informed that the speech is missing and can be installed from AUR, but it would be better if it was included.

Additional info:
* package version(s)
0.6.2
* config and/or log files etc.

Steps to reproduce:

The speech data is entirely optional, as it only duplicates the text conversation items and some extra sound effects. The only real question is where to maintain it. I think the main reason that I've left it out of community is that it's quite large and not needed. It would be possible for me to upload it to the Arch-Games repo perhaps.

I'm undecided at the moment. Anything else to add?

Also, thanks for pointing out the licensing mistake in the PKGBUILD. I'll fix that next rel.

Hmm, it's about 136Mb in total.

Right now community is frozen for the libjpeg/png stuff. Any objection to leaving it in AUR but providing a binary in Arch-Games?

If it doesn't get into community I'd very much like to at least see a note in an install script or something that mentions the availablility of the speech data.
I knew this game had speech data (speech is also part of the sound options) and wondered quite a while why it didn't work, until someone in the games IRC channel told me that it was provided separately.
Adding a note in an install file could help prevent stuff like that.

I have no strong opinion on where to put the data.

It should be an optdepend I think. I thought it was already.
