Firewire doesn't work in mythtv. Although it was built with --enable-firewire, the PKGBUILD does not list libraw1394, libavc1394, and libiec61883 as build deps. According to this, http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/FireWire, even if --enable-firewire is passed to the configure script firewire support won't be built unless the libraries listed above are installed. Additional info: mythtv 0.22-3 Steps to reproduce: install mythtv and try to use a stb with firewire. |
