DetailsDescription:
I see from qBittorrent package description page (http://www.archlinux.org/packages/community/i686/qbittorrent/) that qBittorrent dependencies are outdated No longer needed dependencies: - curl library (Replaced by a Qt-equivalent class) - zzip library (Dropped, search plugins can no longer be zipped) Not sure why this package is needed: - xdg-utils: This might be ArchLinux package specific because qBittorrent does not use xdg command line tools. Recommended dependencies that are missing: - geoip (database only but ArchLinux have the database and the lib in the same package I think). Without geoip database, peer country resolution will be extremely slow. (Run time only dependency, not required for compiling). Maybe it does not appear on qBittorrent package description page because it is not a build dependency (I'm not sure). - libnotify: qBittorrent can use libnotify for system notifications (instead of standard Qt4 tray notifications). This looks more integrated in the Window manager. Some distros do not compile against this library because they feel it adds too many dependencies (especially for non-Gnome users): this is your choice. - Python: It is a run-time only dependency (I don't know if those are displayed on package description pages). This is used by the integrated search engine. I'm qBittorrent author by the way. It is good news that you updated the package to v2.0.x: Thanks! Additional info: * package version(s) v2.0.6 * config and/or log files etc. Steps to reproduce: |

xdg-utils: this is used in the install scriplet to update the icon cache.

python was already listed as an optdepend (optional dependencies don't show on the package page). updating the rest now.
