Description: Wrong dependency version for awesome and libev

Additional info: The awesome package depends on libev>=3.80
Current version of libev is 3.9.4, which is recognized as lower version than 3.80 (when it is actually a newer version), and pacman warns about the version mismatch. Awesome works perfectly with libev 3.9.1. Please fix the dependency version.

Steps to reproduce:

* Update the package repositories to the latest available versions.
* Install the awesome package (pacman -S awesome)
* pacman will complain about the version of libev and it will refuse to install awesome unless it is forced to do it.

By the way, I have checked this only on i686, but it is likely that this bug affects also x86_64.
