Description:
I attempted to install neatx, resulting in this error:

The issue seems to be that certain sections of the .install file are required, and they can't be empty. I fixed this with the version from ABS by putting "true" in every section that was otherwise empty.

While changes are being made to that file anyway, the addition of these lines were needed so that nxagent could start/find the correct libraries. That change also needs to be made before building the package... I'm not sure this is the right place to make the change, though. Should this be part of neatx's build script instead?

The empty functions should be removed completely.
The:

op=$1
shift
$op $*

at the end should also be removed.
