Upgraded to kernel26 2.6.32.2-2. Once done and I place lap top (acer 5630) in sleep mode I can no longer connect to any Wifi networks. Removing (rmmod iwl3945, modprobe iwl3945) cures the problem. Additional info: * package version(s) * config and/or log files etc. Steps to reproduce: After freah reboot place lap in sleep mode and try to connect to WIFI connect work. |

Were any patches applied to the iwl3945 driver for this kernel release?
So it's a problem related to kernel26 2.6.32.2-2.
Let me know if anyone finds out anything further.
iwl3945 0000:03:00.0: MAC is in deep sleep!. CSR_GP_CNTRL = 0xFFFFFFFF
Reloading of iwl3945 module does not help.
