file sp-sc-auth
sp-sc-auth: ELF 32-bit LSB executable, Intel 80386, version 1 (SYSV), dynamically linked (uses shared libs), for GNU/Linux 2.2.5, stripped

are you sure you don't have lib32 packages installed?

It works only when you have lib32-libstdc++5 package installed.
It doesn't work on pure 64-bit.
sopcast: error while loading shared libraries: libstdc++.so.5: wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS64
