Details

Description:
When running pacman -S bind, the installation hangs when running final install scripts.

I can see the following running which is out of the ordinary(for the box)
6011 root 20 0 13152 1624 1208 S 0.0 0.0 0:00.00 sh -c . /tmp/alpm_AmWgI0/.INSTALL; post_install 9.6.1.P2-1

Additionally if I run rndc-confgen -b 256, or just rndc-confgen, there is no output at all, they just sit there :P

Additional info:
bind 9.6.1.P2-1 x86_64

Can you use strace to find out where rndc-confgen is hanging? This command should generate a configuration file within a second.

Right now in the bind.install file, the rncd-config command expects some random keyboard usage. This could be avoided using -r /dev/urandom.
