FS#17630 - after installing xf86-video-intel from testing X won't start

DetailsI do some tests with intel drivers and i installed xf86-video-intel from testing, version 2.9.99.902-1 .
After installing it, X won't start. startx command gives output "no screens found". I have to mention that i do not use an xorg.conf file till the begining of using arch in my lenovo R61 without any problems. |

make sure you run in KMS mode. please provide dmesg and Xorg log files.

i don't run in KMS mode till now. Does ths package demand KMS?

Yes, 2.9.99.902 needs KMS. The 2.6.32 kernel has KMS enabled by default.
