Description:

Installing the 'hgsvn' package via pacman does not automatically install the required dependency package 'setuptools'. Without setuptools, any hgsvn command will fail with the error:
ImportError: No module named pkg_resources

Steps to reproduce:

Without installing setuptools, install hgsvn. Attempt to use an hgsvn binary such as hgimportsvn. The command will fail.
