Please include opengfx in the openttd package (or create a separate package for it).

OpenGFX provides a free replacement of the base graphics so that OpenTTD can be shipped finally fully functional without the need for additional downloads.

To make the game run without downloading any additional files, a dummy "sample.cat" file should be also installed as well.
