Description and steps to reproduce:
cowsay bash-completion broken:
$ cowsay -f
*Tab press*
$ cowsay -f colortail: ColorTail.cc:68: int ColorTail::start(int, char**): Assertion `options != __null' failed.

Additional info:

The output has to do with alias tail='colortail'. Regardless, cowsay's bash completion should use /usr/bin/tail.

People at the bash-completion bugtracker [1] suggested that using Fedora's cowsay completion [2] (which in turn is based on Gentoo's) might be better.
