just noticed that glibc uses headers from kernel 2.6.8.1 perhaps we need a new build for kernel 2.6.9 don't know |

The headers included in glibc are supposed to be the same as it was built against, but they don't have to be the same as the running kernel (major versions are enough, afaik).
