Description:
Rhythmbox will not start as a regular user. Will start as root. Running from terminal produces no output, just goes to the next line. No errors.
I can't find anything like this on google at all, so I don't know if i am a special case or not. I do not know if this is an upstream issue either. Any help would be awesome.

Additional info:

version: 0.12.6-1

output with rhythmbox -d:
(20:14:53) [0x23ac040] [rb_debug_init_match] rb-debug.c:213: Debugging enabled
(20:14:53) [0x23ac040] [main] main.c:176: initializing Rhythmbox 0.12.6
(20:14:53) [0x23ac040] [rb_threads_init] rb-util.c:388: GMutex isn't recursive
(20:14:53) [0x23ac040] [main] main.c:184: going to create DBus object
(20:14:53) [0x23ac040] [main] main.c:347: THE END

Steps to reproduce:

I can confirm it on x86_64, but the weird thing is this doesn't appear in this format on i686.

New data:
When I start it now, the process does kick up, but i get a blank window when the cd plugin error normally appears, but i can't close the window, and can only kill by using killall from terminal.

Output of just rhythmbox:
(rhythmbox:4360): Rhythmbox-WARNING **: libbrasero-media.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
(rhythmbox:4360): Rhythmbox-WARNING **: Could not load plugin cd-recorder
(rhythmbox:4360): Rhythmbox-WARNING **: Error, impossible to activate plugin 'Audio CD Recorder'
(rhythmbox:4360): Rhythmbox-WARNING **: Unable to initialize mDNS: Daemon not running
(rhythmbox:4360): Rhythmbox-WARNING **: Unable to start mDNS browsing: mDNS service is not running
/usr/lib/rhythmbox/plugins/LogitechG15/__init__.py:4: DeprecationWarning: The popen2 module is deprecated. Use the subprocess module.
import popen2

Output of rhythmbox -d:
(in attached file)

A fresh install of rhythmbox and it works for me, the only problems i get are related to plugins not working.

@ senshikaze, it seems your missing brasero for the cd plugin and some other deps

Cannot confirm.
Try turning off some plugins (e.g. Logitech G15 plugin)

This works for me running it as a non-root user. Can't confirm the bug.

I have a fully up to date x86_64 system.
