while using kdeplasma-applets-networkmanger and networkmanager-pptp, on recent update network-manager-applet install as depends. Why this package depend on network-manager-applet instead of networkmanager? There is no compile problem without network-manager-applet, and during networkmanager-pptp was in AUR, it works well without network-manager-applet. Additional info: * package version(s) 0.7.2-1 |

Actually gnome-keyring is required by network-manager-applet, cause password is stored in different place between gnome and kde.
KDE use kwallet to store the password and GNOME use gnome-keyring to store the password, networkmanager doesn't provide a way to store the password, but only interface to connect.
