Additional comments about closing:  The man pages were renamed. The fixed package will be available when the current libjpeg/png rebuild will hit the repo.

James: What would be the better way to fix this?

1) make the package conflicts with each other with conflicts array
2) rename the conflicting files somehow
3) something else
