DetailsMySQL sock file resides in new place /var/run/mysqld/, but in /usr/include/mysql/mysql_version.h we see:
#define MYSQL_UNIX_ADDR "/tmp/mysql.sock" Maybe, it should be fixed. Othewise, all clients compiled with this config won't work. Detected with verlihub, also I noticed corresponding bug for php: http://bugs.archlinux.org/task/17179 . |
