DetailsDescription:
the symbolic link /opt/java/bin/klist points to not existing ../jre/bin/klist (though jre is installed) and ends nowhere. Found a substitution in /usr/bin/klist. * /opt/java/jre/man/ja/man1/ktab.1 is missing * /opt/java/bin/ktab links also nowwhere. didn't find a substitution Additional info: * package version(s) 6u17-1 * installed jre: 6u17-1 Steps to reproduce: Export a new Eclipse Product and you'll get tons of error message because of missing those files. Workaround(?): However, it seems that the export is running through, if you create dummy files for the missing like: touch /opt/java/jre/man/ja/man1/ktab.1 etc. Not sure how that will affect the exported products that way. Possible, that it's jre package's fault. |

Reason for closing: Not a bug
Additional comments about closing: The files in question are intentionally removed by the jre installer (not the PKGBUILD) as they cause conflicts with jdk. As such, to resolve these issues, install jdk.

klist.1 in /opt/java/jre/man/man1
