xfce4-quicklauncher-plugin doesn't work with xfce 4.6

Fix:

Replace this line in /usr/share/xfce4/panel-plugins/quicklauncher.desktop
X-XFCE-Module=/usr/lib/xfce4/panel-plugins/libquicklauncher.so

with:

X-XFCE-Module=quicklauncher
X-XFCE-Module-Path=/usr/lib/xfce4/panel-plugins
