Description:
Qt should use kde dialogs in kde when it is compiled properly, but now it doesn't. I saw this in most of other distributions, the feature was also in Arch some time ago. I found some informations on the web that qt should be linked against kio, but didn't find anything specific. Maybe it should simply has a make depedency - kdelibs.

Some quotation about the issue found on web:

http://labs.trolltech.com/blogs/2008/10/01/native-file-dialogs-in-gnome/:
Note that since the KDE file dialog provides somewhat different functionality from the Qt one, KDE applications will still use the KDE file dialog. Feel free to try it out directly from the svn on my labs page and report whatever issues you might find here.

http://arorabrowser.blogspot.com/2009/03/arora-06.html:
And for any KDE style author out there: make sure you link to KIO so Arora will get the KDE file dialog. You don't have to do anything, but link to KIO and then Arora and other Qt applications will use the KDE file dialog rather then the Qt file dialog.

The last one suggest that the oxygen style should be linked against kio.

This should be managed by the KDE style. At least on KDE 4.4/Qt 4.6 this works for me. Qt itself cannot depend on kdelibs; that would be a circular dependency.
