Details

Description:

Locale et_EE contains:
first_weekday 1
first_workday 1

but should be:
first_weekday 2
first_workday 2

because monday is the first weekday/workday in Estonia, not sunday.
This was also reported some time ago and got fixed then, but now it is changed again.
