Description:
The hugin PKGBUILD could be improved with respect to two issues:

1) don't try to create build dir if it already exists (very minor, cosmetic fix)
2) update MIME database with x-ptoptimizer-script after install (has more practical indications)

Added patch for both issues.
1) simple check whether the directory exists
2) create install script to update mime database after install/upgrade/removal
the patched version creates the install script from the PKGBUILD, but could be a
separate file as well...
