Detailsclang install a file under "/usr/libexec/clang-cc" this should be moved to "/usr/lib/clang/clang-cc" without any conflict.

Reason for closing: Fixed
Additional comments about closing: 2.6-3 packages will be arriving in a bit. clang-cc now gets installed under /usr/bin. I think it makes sense to put it there, as clang and scan-build both look in the PATH for it.
