Details

Mousepad search for some reason is disabled after the first search. I believe this is a archlinux bug since its doesn't happened on wolvix 2.0.0 beta 1.

I have also noticed this. I believe it started happening around the time of the GNOME update so it may be GTK related. I have not investigated further.

It seems it was GTK update related. Patch:

Here is the PKGBUILD for the rebuild with patch.

The patch fixes the problem btw. Search works like it should again.
