Description:
Hibernate was hidden from gnome's shutdown window (disabled via gconf-editor: apps/gnome-power-manager/general/can_hibernate).

Since gnome 2.28 it reappeared altough can_hibernate remains unchecked in gconf-editor.

This is a regression which was introduced in gnome-session 2.27.5 when it was ported to DeviceKit-power instead of using gnome-power-manager. At this moment the only way to disallow suspend from the shutdown dialog is by hacking out the button in source code, or making devicekit-power tell gnome-session that it can't hibernate.

Problem persists in gnome-power-manager 2.28.3-1.

Workaround:
Edit /usr/share/polkit-1/actions/org.freedesktop.upower.policy and change <allow_active>yes</allow_active> to <allow_active>no</allow_active> under <action id="org.freedesktop.upower.hibernate">
